Thank you so much for your consideration of my expression of interest to support you and your teams to reach your goals in service to students and their families. I am looking forward to a new challenge where I can leverage my experience in and commitment to educational and organizational leadership through effective practice that leads to exemplary performance by students as a result of strategic and collaborative work.  We have allowed our patience with systemic disengagement and lagging student outcomes to persist far too long.  My mission in both life and work, if I were to have the incredible opportunity to serve alongside you as a partner in this effort, will be to disrupt established patterns of academic performance.  Students and families in your districts and in your schools deserve nothing less.  The joy in this work as a coach and consultant is the opportunity to empower teachers and leaders in the ongoing development of skills, and the chance to inspire stakeholders to take action in the implementation of new and best practices that have measurable and lasting impact on students.
